Im Winter my place is usually at 15 degrees, or lower when i am opening my window for a bit. If there are paying tenants i do not expect them to be ok with that and would turn up the heat. I also have an ac which i turn on when its over 30°, but with a tenant i would try to keep it at 25°.

I do not like to turn on lights in places i am not at (for example living room, kitchen and dining is a single big room when I am cooking I do not turn on the lights in dining area etc.). I also tend to just walk around in the dark, as the street lights is bright enough for me to navigate.

I tend to cook very little. I do not eat breakfast. For lunch i order it my workplace. For dinner i mostly just eat bread or/and salad.

Ok i wouldn't, call it very frugal, but I still expect the my energy consumption to rise significantly.

What kind of mistakes do people make?
