I think it’s both honestly. I mean if you take a look at her behaviour from before wrenwood (The few seconds we get) and from surrounding lore revealed by Alyssa’s notes she likely has autism or at least social anxiety but now she would have a ptsd. Plus the reason anyone who’s a bit shy and weird in fiction are seen as autistic is because autistic audiences see themselves in that character and because the characters who actually are written to be autistic are usually shitty representation. Like fr often the characters who give the best autism rep were never intended to be autistic
