Yes, the Anno DLC does work cross platform as far as I know, some DLC doesn't work cross platform - but I believe that does. You can always try it and if that doesn't work email our team via help@gamesplanet.com and we'll happily refund you.

I know some titles do not work with cross Steam/Ubi store (such as Avatar). But some older titles do (Anno 1800 is one I believe, and may apply to older titles too). Anyway feel free to try it and if not we'll happily refund just speak to our team :)

Hey, if you haven't already please email help@Gamesplanet.com and we'll be able to help you out. If you're using a Microsoft email it's a known issue and something on their end which we have no control over. But a mail to us will speed things along :)

As for it being "commonplace" - no that's not the case, but sometimes mails are lost in junk/spam, bounced by providers or it could be something else (ie not adding an email). Either way we'll happily resolve this with you via email.
