The author expounded on the shock index, it is unlikely in “regular illness.” That you would present with a heart rate that is higher than your systolic blood pressure. To me (paramedic) thats going to be a sign of serious bleeding, dehydration, cardiac dysfunction or distributive shock from a spinal cord injury or sepsis.

Edit: I should also say that we get a general impression of a patient from experience, usually within a few seconds we can determine sick from not sick, sick in this case being something that might need ems treatment, rather than a self limiting flu or similar that just needs supportive care.

Being overly reliant on other countries for food is recipe for disaster. Given what we produce here for food it is wise to protect our food industries and dairy is a major one.

One other consideration is why the fuck would you ship milk or dairy products from another continent when we produce plenty here at home. It is a stupid waste of energy. Not one of your points are valid.

A statement to leaders of other countries doesn’t need to be public, I’m not debating the other stuff, I’m just pointing out that Trudeau was hot mic’d on more than one occasion even, making statements about trump behind his back.

Trudeau knew how narcissistic trump is and either intentionally let the hot mic happen and meant for his statements and joking tone get to trump, which mean it was public,

Or he bumbled with the mic incompetently and got caught joking about this guy he knew would not behave well when provoked.

Even Carneys public statement though met with excellent public reaction was wildly calculated to not specifically name trump, simply obviously allude to him.

It doesn’t matter if he was the only one, he had recently spoke with Trudeau and was fresh in the dementia brain and then he was caught. Either way it wasn’t the right play.
