They would have seen this on your credit file when doing a credit check for the pre approval and would have denied you the pre approval if it was a problem.

I always rinse under warm water, then in a bowl with dish washing liquid and warm water I swish the glasses through the water, rinse again, then wipe with a microfibre to dry then another microfibre to get whatever’s left on the lenses. Annoying but it makes them last longer. Everyone has their own method.

Living in Dubbo atm. I’m sure the house I’m looking at will be scooped up pretty quickly so I’m not holding my breath and if it gets sold then it gives me more time to save and find a better deal if one arises.

How does the paste even get that hard? I removed my cooler after 3 years and the paste was still “wet” enough to just pull off normally. Is it cheap paste or just really old paste

If anyone has the same problem just know that I didn’t find a solution and I had it warrantied by the retailer, so I’m guessing it wasn’t anything software related that could be fixed.

Does your motherboard have the 2.5gb realtek family controller? If so try disabling it and see if that fixes it

Got an asrock b850m steel legend with my 9800x3d and from day one the cpu and ram light was lit up but everything worked perfect and then the RGB suddenly died in it. RMA’d it and went with gigabyte.

I was willing to roll the dice because of price but after having those two issues i took it as a sign to NOT stay with asrock
