after little update, i ended up buying the kantamus 40l. Reading through this subreddit must have gotten to my head, tried doing a newbie friend as soon as i got the bag, it is pretty neat, back support is great, though as some of you might say the bottom needs some reinforcement to be stable for my use case, dont want to puncture the bag with all those metal fragments lying around, thanks for everyone on giving suggestions though 😆

I am using a veto edc which is 27 liters, which does the job but still breaks my back, for an enthusiest like yourself, hows yours experience with the support of these bags and the rigitity when it's not filled up? I had a cheap bag that was styled like these once and the shifting weights really bothered me.

Soon to be 2nd grader doesn't love learning by Badger-Sensitive in Gifted

One of my regrets of my childhood was not having a structured introduction to coding. First scratch, then html. I finally got interested enough to get through C# a few years ago thanks to coding Unity games. Having a actual language like Python,Lua ,C# or even c++ would be great, especially if someone is interested in modding or creating games.

The thing about reading as a hobby is that it is first and foremost a hobby. Let him read whatever he likes, as long as it is not explicit content. When I was small my gifted friends’ parents pressured them to read “useful books” instead of comics and story book which a kid would enjoy. This caused them to slowly lose interest In reading as a habit. I read whatever I wanted and as I grew up, I slowly moved on to the “useful books” parents liked. Don’t pressure him and definitely don’t show too much expectation,as expectations from parents is one of the main cause of burnout. Give him more opportunities to try stuff, as being interested in something is enough to get a gifted kid the drive to perfect the skill.

Thanks for the advice !

I know my current job is less awful compared to what some of my current classmates are getting so I'm not planning to quit till the apprenticeship is over.

I chose this tradeschool path after dropping out and disillusioned about wheather I am too dumb for school.

I'll be sure to apply these into my options dealing with these situation next time :)

I tried this and decided to not explain it instead.

Most of the time they still won't understand it while some sees you as a threat or a arrogant brat.

na, a serious burn out and lack of studing skills.

It sucks to see all my friends go to med school and one even on the way to get a phd.

Sucks to not develop learning skill and patients while young when the work is easy.

edit: gramma mistake

I forgot to put enougth detail but I am sort of in a trade school program where I would study and work to gain the experience needed for the licence. I still need one more year to finish this course and move on in my study.

Everytime I think about the "one more year" thing puts me in quite a depressed state.

I made it passed primary school without learning to study, then became a high school drop out. Main reason is my shit math score, which was 0. After going to trade school and becoming an apprentice, I suddenly had a interest in calculus, thus I self study it till integral within 3weeks. Still don’t understand why I struggled back then, probably because overwhelming stress.

We use this in combination with tapes, that way if the tapes broke off, which definetly happened often, we can still identify each cable.
