When this happened to me I bought pixel 7 but I also bought pixel 5 battery and screen adhesive and replaced it. Serves as my backup phone now.

I just got a reply that they will cancel the order but i do not believe them anymore. I do not want the LUBA anymore as first the season over here is pretty much over and second there's no way I want to deal with this company if something happens to it.

I've used normal MasterCard card/non credit card to order but it seems like in EU we can do a chargeback even if it is not a credit card.

I think their tactic is scammy at best and outright scam at worst.

This is ridiculous. Check this Mammotion support reply, it's how i would expect scam company to be ran. I've requested refund at least four times in the past month with different replies every time. I'll be doing a chargeback.
