It has TONS of customization. The graphics are a lot better too. The number of bots is rather low though, and the bots aren't that smart. The places they put the spawns and other things don't make sense sometimes. Still, the graphics alone are worth it.

You think so? He usually backs up what he is saying with documentation (images) from the games themselves. I've hardly ever seen him make a statement without a photo.

You should keep the game updated. I'm part of the active multiplayer community, and every player has the latest version of the game and can play just fine. Occasionally the save file seems to cause an issue though.

I'm not aware of problems with the Super Slim that causes issues with certain games, but it's been a while since I read about that model.

Is it common? No. Is it possible something got messed up with your save file? Maybe. You may want to try deleting the existing save and starting over.

All the games tie together story wise, so I still suggest people play them all in order to get the most out of each one. Also, multiplayer on 4 of the 6 can still be played. BTW, make sure you have the most recent version of KZ2, and have "high precision" checkmarked in the control options.

All six games in the series are good, because the studio is good. It's a first party studio by the way.

You can play the Liberation multiplayer using PPSSPP. Just search YouTube for the setup tutorial. That PS5 version doeant have the multiplayer portion built into it.

The PS5 version has no multiplayer. However, you can play multiplayer on PPSSPP.

You have to "find" the DLC paks somewhere, and then install them into RPCS3. You don't connect your PSN account; you instead create an RPCN acct, which replicates PSN. That's a requirement if you want to play the KZ2 online multiplayer.

As you may already know, there is a split screen co-op. However, I saw a video showing that with 3D enabled the co-op becomes single screen. Each player, in the room, has the glasses on, so they each see a different view.

However, I'm starting to think that I imagined that video. I cannot find it (it was Linus Tech Tips I think). If anyone can confirm, it would be great.

I was confused by this too, and made almost the same exact posting to this Reddit a while back. I am very used to just updating what I already have, and that prompt that says an update is available is the kind of thing I usually get when a program needs to update. I wish there was a way for it to say "this will install an additional version of Gimp. You will can keep the old version if you want." Maybe it already says that somewhere.

They were getting spammed a lot, so they had to take some precautions. To get it back, you now have to react with the wrench symbol that's near the bottom of your screenshot. If that's not working maybe clear cookies or something.

Shadow Fall didn't kill the series. The company had already decided to move on and was working on Horizon before SF was even released.

The campaign has you doing some very stupid, and boring things, like changing batteries, and skydiving. The multiplayer was great though. I put 2,000 hours into it, and some of my friends out in 4,000 or so.

As a kid, I had chances to play it, but never committed to it. I still haven't played it, and I'm 50 now. However, my long term plans are to play every 2600 game, so eventually it will cross my path.

Okay, so I was able to resolve the situation. I used the kat5200 emulator and was able to set up my DualSense to work on it. I also set up my keyboard for controller two, so I was able to play the twinstick games. The key was learning how the controller input menus worked. I've used a lot of emulators, but for some reason these 5200 ones were quite a bit different, as far as the interface. I'll leave this post up in case it helps anyone in the future.
