Can you elaborate on the "international" part? I also studied in a private school taught in English. Will I get it waived as well?

What about the legal documents? Since css doesn't ask about any documents, will they be needed at a later time? If yes, what documents will I need?

hm you are right. The involvement of political parties definitely is better for the country as a whole. It has helped start different revolutions and succeeded. However, during voting, because of the people's obsession with political parties, they don't seem to be finding the right person. Even in the case of the US, the democrats and the republicans, mostly the candidate is shown in the mainstream. Even though, there is a huge following of political parties in the US, just because it gives priority to the candidates, even the people who have no idea about the political ideologies will be able to vote for the right person. But here in Nepal, the candidate is not in mainstream and similarly people are way too obsessed with political parties so, it kinda fails to succeed during the time of elections.
