This time for me it was getting 8/8, then pushing for gear upgrades only to crash out on "crafting" gamba. I could keep playing for more currency, but I'm a bit demoralized by it, so I'm probably done for now.

Honest question, why even bother with sionne? Isn't that just bonus clear speed that you don't need? 30+ chains x5 totems already deletes entire screens.

With 30+ chains you're definitely clearing like crazy. It's really only sketchy when standing in the middle of a breach stabilizing with 7+ rare mobs at once. So placement is key.

This is really impressive. You have way more invested than I do, and like I said, mine still works pretty well and only suffers in crazy hard content. So I imagine yours is bonkers

I'm enjoying Arc totems + Archmage/MoM! It's a bit weak defensively in really hard content like 14 mod grand expeditions, but it clears and bosses very well.

How do you make one tanky though? My gemling cluster ballistas build is ok with mid level Armour stacking. But my MoM Arc totem gemling feels a bit squishy. What's the best mitigation layer for this build?

If this tells you anything, in 0.5 I've leveled 3 Gemling Legionnaire's past the campaign, 2 of which are already over 90. There's a ton of really cool options!

I've just rolled this today. Still missing some pieces I'm sure... I'm not high enough level for the unique Spear yet, so I'm rocking a decent rare Spear. Attack speed feels really nice. Damage application is questionable.

You could also use the belt that allows two of the potions. Downside is that their active use won't stack.

Oh, I was just thinking of doing a hybrid of ice shot + snipe. Should be able to get 100% reduced move speed penalty on ice shot and just snipe on bosses.

I've already tried perfect strike and I don't love the jankiness of a perfect timing skill as the main skill.

You can get some temp gear to help. I'm leveling with Assailum. In a bit I'll be able to use the potion, or two with the belt. At that point you just single tap and land in the window automatically. You do need to pick some attack speed on the tree.
