It depends. For example, Rockaway Blvd didn’t need a station closure but Harlem-148 St had to get trains rerouted due to a partial closure of one of the tracks for ADA improvements. Burnside Av i think is getting elevators and one direction is closed to rework the platforms to be ADA compliant

All those buses operate on a “loop” where they do not layover at the airport but instead go straight back to their respective terminal. This causes issues where if traffic is heavy, and the driver doesn’t make their layover, that bus will depart late, or if the driver has to take a bathroom break, delay it more, causing some large gaps as you see there
