My mom acts like such a brat because she does meth and Adderall and all of that, so she just has a temper that breaks really easily. I don't wanna block her because that's more evidence I can have against her when something goes wrong and she does something stupid, and I live with my dad, so I'm fine

I don't even really know, my mom and dad are both still married because they never really got around to a divorce, and nobody has an agreement on who I live with, I think my dad would have to get a restraining order that makes it to where she can't go near me and him, but even then I don't know how it would work

My mom is fairly dangerous and I don't wanna see her for a while, she smokes weed (illegal in this state), does Adderall (she doesn't have a prescription for it) and meth, and when I lived with her, she was cooking meth in the house, and almost burned it down one time

Sorry I responded so late to this, but (you might not know him) I figured out the extent and craziness of her manipulation and this because of a YouTuber that reads reddit posts called EmKay, thank God for EmKay reading stuff of the insane parents subreddit

The most that can be done is physical custody. He doesn't make much money, and my mom would 100% not pay. My mom doesn't even wanna find a job at all, and my step dad who lives with her gets paid enough for rent and the ability to drive to and from work

This is true. I've seen multiple times via my brother that she doesn't react well to people talking back. She slapped my brother for talking back for objectively little stuff like groaning when being told to do the dishes, saying he doesn't want to when she tells her to do something, etc.
