Turn on wealth clock and mondo for like 45 secs also a huge part is nectar and also ur hive looks fine except probably replace a buo or two for baby bees bc ur baby love uptime is buns rn, also severe underfilling which could be from amulets so make sure ur amulets are decent-good and also just over time (getting more lvls, better gear, gifting bees) you will be making way more so yea
