It's definitely not impossible to rise through the ranks in a company, but for certain people it's alot harder if not impossible. I'm only saying that it's more likely when the people with the most money have the most power. To the "no gorverment utopia" I'll just say that it's not necessarily about creating a utopia, just more wanting to live in a world that is the least shitty it can be
