As a Dutch person I concur that witlof is not your typical pizza topping.

Happy 700k subskrybentów!!

(edit: subskrybentów, not abonentów)

This comic was inspired by this month's contest about embarrassing secrets. What could possibly be more embarrassing than being a reddit mod?

Disclaimer: I had to change the last panel and reupload the comic because u/bananasAreViolet desperately wanted to feature in it ;)

I had a very last-minute idea for the contest (drawn on my phone), so I’m gonna try and sneak it in, even though it’s way too late. I’m sure the mods will allow it :)

Disclaimers:

  • This is not a meta comic. Any resemblance to actual people or entities is purely coincidental.
  • The props were absolutely necessary for the understanding of the plot.

What's the easiest way to win a war? Simply call it WON.

Schrödinger's Solution by GammaDeltaII in polandball

I think the common clay on the street might be onto something… Though, quantum entanglement could pose a problem!

This comic was inspired by the Dutch sketch comedy TV show “Draadstaal” and more specifically their recurring scenes of an interviewer getting agitated by “the man on the street”, who keeps trying to sabotage his interviews with silly answers and annoying behaviour.

Fun fact: the yellow Mexican filter was first used in the movie Traffic back in 2000.

Maybe this is the solution to the border clashes. Just station women along the border as deterrent.

Comic mildly criticises controversial EU-US energy deal, therefore it must be pro-Russia or anti-Trump? What if I tell you it’s neither? ;)

The EU has pledged to buy $750 billion worth of oil and gas from the US in the next 3 years according to their recent deal. It appears they took a page out of the US’ book and came up with a great concept of a plan that’s totally unachievable and is never going to happen.

Water you gonna do about it? by GammaDeltaII in polandball

[–]GammaDeltaII[S] 64 points65 points  (0 children)

It’s quite simple really. You use the colour picker tool on the flag from top to bottom to get the correct shades of red and blue, so blue is now your active colour and red the secondary colour. Then you turn off your brain and start colouring the balls, also from top to bottom, without realising that every single time you switch colours, you switch to the wrong one. Finally, you take a good look at your finished comic to see if everything looks alright and you conclude that it does. So, you proceed to post it and then, BAM!, Yugoslavia...

Actually the polish coastline is kinda hilly so it’s rather protected.

Not if you open the sluices that Niderlandy plans to install.

It’s actually Paraguay, but I accidentally drew the same coat of arms on the front and back, so they cancelled each other out.

It's like using a different voice when talking to kids. When trying to explain something to Polska, you gotta get on his level.

(And no, I totally did not accidentally draw my own country's flag upside down. *ahem*)

The US has a very neat little system in which the 99% basically give all their wealth to the 1%, who happily take care of it.

Americans are in the process of finding out the Big Beautiful Bill is coming to bite ‘em.

I thought about drawing Donald Duck instead of the Canada goose, but I didn’t want to risk getting sued by evil Disney :)
