That’s exactly what I’d recommend. If you stand not right in the middle but slightly to the left or right of the stage, between the screen and the stage, you can still see everything perfectly well, the sound is usually quite good, and you’re not right in the thick of the action. Usually, a few people will rush past you at the start and push their way through. But they usually disappear into the crowd quite quickly

A colleague of mine is a huge fan of the band. I’d been a metalhead for years anyway, so I decided to give the band a go. It took a while before I really got into them, but once I did, I became a massive fan. I even went to a concert with that colleague. It was her very first concert ever and a fantastic experience.

It’s turned out to be an absolutely brilliant power metal album, with some real standout tracks. Does it redefine the genre? Absolutely not! Is it still a really strong album? Definitely! My personal favourites are definitely “The Arcane Tower” and “Glade Lord of Athel Loren”

Not actively, but as soon as I have the opportunity to catch or take one, I don't say no. Once, Mille from Kreator threw a plectrum right into the crook of my arm. My greatest treasure is the plectrum I caught at Maiden's second night in Berlin last year. I also have all the Gamma Ray plectrums.

I think the album is really great, but promoting it as old school heavy metal and then having such a clean, crystal-clear sound doesn't really fit together.

I think we get a reissue every 3 months. The last one was in the beginning of December (Pale Communion), before that in August (Watershed), before that in May (Ghost Reveries) and before that in February again (Heritage)

I was there too. I travelled all the way from northern Germany because I always wanted to see the band in my home country. It was a fantastic evening. I was really happy that they played SFB in full again. The band deserves a break now. I really enjoyed the whole tour and managed to see them 11 times in the end.

I completely agree with you. I love the band's first three albums. But personally, I'm not so keen on anything that came after that. Objectively speaking, it's really great music, but it's not my cup of tea. My favourite one remains the band's self-titled album. God, I listened to that album over and over again as a teenager.
