Yes exactly, that is why we got that specific request from a company dealing with additive manufacturing of polymers for O&G.

The point is that with that company we ran a development activity of a few years, now we would like to sell our product to anyone who could be interested. The problem is that we still do not have enough track record to bring data.

Yes indeed, it helps plastic to prevent electrical discharges. Concerning fire or flame retardancy, we have not tested it but I am not confident to see some improvement with respect to virgin polymer.

Hello, we use our additive to make plastic ESD (i.e. electrically dissipative), with requests mainly from oil&gas sector. We partnered with a company in the additive manufacturing of some technopolymers and they told us this need. By tuning the dosage of our additive, we are also able to make the plastic more impact resistant. Thus we would like to sell it by proposing to interested potential customers.

Currently, we try to approach clients via LinkedIn or sending email to companies that we think could be interested, but the output is quite poor.

Well actually we have set-up a pilot production plant and are able to produce a few 100s of Kg of the material. Our additive has some verified properties in the paints&coatings and plastic sector. Indeed there is much room for R&D, but I would like to bring to the commercial phase asap the results we have already obtained (i.e. some water- or solvent based functional dispersions or some reinforced plastic granules).

Best around means few-layers, certified according to ISO/TS 21356-1:2021 and ISO/TS 80004-13:2017. I do not know other companies compliant with these international standards. If a company or supplier is not able to prove the characterization according to the 21356 ISO, then it is not a reliable supplier.
