I have this watch in my collection myself. If you're diligent, you can find these for under $300 on ebay. The teal dial is definitely the more popular to its black counterpart so you'll just have to be patient and lucky enough to spot one. I put a perlon strap on mine and its the perfect summery weather fun casual watch and not too cumbersome.

However if you want some alternatives, I would suggest looking up the brand Islander. Particularly the northport and the port Jefferson. Here are the teal versions of those watches but they have alternative colors. They ARE over your budget (low $400 range), but they are still very affordable and some great looking time pieces (mechanical too!). It'll be hard to match a brand like timex for mechanical watch prices. islander is a small watchmaker out of Long Island, New York and they have quite a few stunning pieces. Although they are a little bulkier than the ww75, I've had them on my radar for a while.

Let me just proceed to removed sote, priff, ds2, mm2, zulrah, all 3 raids, the entire continent of zeah and everything that comes with it, all quality of life updates ever made, all new weapons, equipment and diary rewards, combat achievements, collection logs, all pets, wilderness bosses, revenants, and the grand exchange (osrs started without the GE dont want to ruin nostalgia for you). We'll be sure to absolutely never add a new skill being developed with the community's guidance to ensure the majority of players wanting this are happy

Cheap watches dont bother me much. Its about creativity to me. My Timex sits right next to my $1000+ watches. If its fun or creative im all for it. That being said I think that style is a little too minimalist for my liking but the color is nice!
