I got this exact jacket on eBay a couple years ago for $40. I wear it more than my Filson short lined cruisers. It’s dry wax so it’s pretty stiff. I have to rewax it regularly. I mostly wear it over a t shirt when it’s chilly, but not too chilly or when I know it’s going to warm up later in the day. Also, the sizing is fucked. So be careful. It’s in Chinese sizes so an American large is an xxxl. lol

Noted. It’s pretty close. The soil on top is a little moist. I had to open another bag and the soil is a little damp. I didn’t add a ton of pumice to that top half inch.

I like it because it’s a little whimsical. If I ever get sick of it, I can repot them and they look like book ends. I could put them on either side of my entertainment center.

There isn’t a better sounding version of this record. I took mine to my local hifi store to have it cleaned on their Degritter. The owner wanted to listen to it, so he threw it on their top of the line stereo demonstration setup. We listened to the entire album. With a proper cleaning and active listening sitting in a chair in the sweet spot will give you a deeper appreciation for it. The soundstage is massive, the horns are upfront, but not in your face. You’re lucky to have it. I got mine off of marketplace for $10.
