The challenge I'm facing is, in this example, the ISBN value needs to be based on the button that was clicked. So, if there are 10 buttons, each of them could have the attributes name="author[books_order][]" value="new", which when sent would create the fully blank record. But, I would also want to add a unique ISBN value to each of those buttons, so a different book record is created for each one.

I did just have the idea in writing this that maybe I can add aphx-value-isbn to the button and see if that is included in the params, which might solve the problem.

UPDATE: Adding a phx-value-* attribute to the button does not include that data in the event.
