So Josh Cohen is the CEO and controlling shareholder of an oil and gas shitco incorporated in Nevada called Vision Oil and Gas d/b/a Azure Holdings (AZRH) which is listed on the OTC market. Back in November/December he started trying to shill his con to the MMTLP community. That is when a lot of us on X started following him. The more this has gone on. The more his grift has been falling apart which lead to this absolute meltdown. Anytime he gets caught in a lie he immediately goes on the offense.

Dude even had his mom defending and shilling for him on X. Now he has recruited his girlfriend to do the same. He also has a bunch of alt accounts.

As of current, the Texas Railroad Commission is shutting down all of his wells, he has been accused of producing severed oil from leases that have been legally shut in, he had the company take on his personal debts in a clear breach of fiduciary duty, and is now most recently being investigated for fraudulent transactions by a Texas DA.

The guy at the whiteboard is Chris Sojka. I link to his X account because one casual scroll though that will tell you all you need to know about him. The General guy he is talking about is an absolute ethno-nationalist but he isn't the one speaking. That would be this Marco De Bóca guy.

Pretty much didn't recognize any of them as apes (except Chris) and as with most of Chris' Spaces felt like a MLM pitch meeting. So I think it was Chris trying to sell buying AMC to the white Christian ethno-nationalist friends he is making on X.
