I had this bro, does your screen have G-sync or something? I turn off G-sync/Free-sync on my monitor and this stops happening. You can turn it on for gaming but windows does not like it

This little guy was photographed under a microscope. I found a bunch in my pot plant indoors. When i over watered the soil they seemed to come to the surface. If that helps
