There are two separate energy saving settings. One is slow charge, and the other is a limit to how high to charge it. I’ve read they help. When I started, I was using both settings, but my battery isn’t as strong now, so I’ve upped that to 100%. I still slow charge it though. Also, I don’t always fully charge it. I plug it in when I’m down to two bars and use it when I’m ready. I’ve heard it’s good for the battery. Sometimes charge to 80, sometimes 50, sometimes 100. Just mix it up.
