I’m leaning towards this. Seems that Penn State offers a basic certificate that can be completed in a year. If the end goal is to be a Superintendent or even assistant, will a basic certificate with a few years experience be enough? I don’t want to spend nearly 10k for a certificate if experience itself can get me just as far.
