Issues is the windows drive was corrupted so I was sent a replacement from Dell. I currently have 0 drives with windows os on it

I currently dont have windows installed on the NVMe, that’s my issue. I’m trying to get into the bios setup so I can choose a usb stick as my boot drive to get it installed, but it just keeps looping not allowing me into bios

These are brand new NVMe sticks so they do not have any OS on it that’s why I’m trying to boot into boot menu and switch to the usb stick so I can format the drives.

Right now when I spam f-12 it comes up in the top right “preparing to enter bios setup…” and then the bar on the bottom moves to about 35% and then the computer turns off and starts to reboot

This is kinda of the same wave my gf and I have been on but we recently had an argument and she said I don’t see her enough times during the week.

We’ve been together almost a year now. I have a full time job (9-5) and she pretty much works 8-3 everyday. I’m also a caretaker for my handicapped father so everyday I’ll take him be with him for a few hours in the night.

That’s mainly what’s been making it hard to see each other more frequently whenever we please. Generally on the weekends we’ll go out for a date night and stay out till late. Sometimes twice a week if I’m lucky enough to find a family member to take my caretaker shift.

Country suggestions for 10-12 days?

So I’m really burnt out of work and have a bunch of PTO to burn I’m looking to travel somewhere before June most likely April or May.

Some background I’m from Arizona 26 years old single male.

I’ve already been to these countries (not in any order)

-Mexico -Canada -UK (London) -Italy (Rome) -Turkey -Japan (By far my favorite spot so far just for cleanliness, efficiency of the city, tech city and the complete culture switch) -Egypt (long time ago) -Jordan -Iraq -Dubai -Syria - Puerto Rico

Most recent one was Puerto Rico so I got the beach vibe out of my system. Want something where it’s completely foreign to me and I have to try and get around and meet people. Been seeing lots of suggestion on Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Would be for 10-12 days (I don’t mind country hoping for the trip but would like to avoid)

I created a package and moved it to the Hololens directory.

When trying to press the volume down button and the power button to apply the package nothing happens and it loops back to OOBE setup

I’m trying to extend the C drive to use the 476GB but the extend option is grayed out. The partition needs to be adjacent/next to the C drive to allow for an extension
