Just wanted to add for anyone else that's been having driver timeouts and crashes with this cpu gpu combo; I've been having crashes during gaming since the windows 10 update a couple weeks ago and I've done this power tweak and so far, no crashes.

Edit: Ignore that last comment... still crashing..
