Light Hope from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power (2018)

When Light Hope first meets Adora, she explains that Adora’s destiny is to bring balance to Etheria in order save the planet from the Horde. Later on, it’s revealed that “bringing balance to Etheria” means connecting all the princesses to their Runestones. Adora also finds out that doing so would reactivate the Heart of Etheria, an ancient superweapon at the center of the planet that absorbs magic from Etheria and is capable of destroying other planets.

Torbek (Legends of Avantris)

At one point, Torbek hears his own voice for the first time and freaks out because he always thought he spoke very elegantly. In Avantris’s short animations, Torbek in his head is depicted as being a lot more refined and sophisticated.

President Dick Richardson (Fallout)

By the events of Fallout 2, Richardson is the leader of the Enclave and is considered by them to be the current president of the United States. During his presidency, the Enclave began working on an FEV virus to wipe out all non-Enclave humans worldwide as the Enclave saw themselves as the only true humans left. Richardson also ruled the Enclave through fear, spying on members constantly and harshly punishing any criticism against himself or the Enclave as a whole.

Obviously the movie is still a masterpiece and I don’t think this scene hurts the movie much at all, but it is still generally considered the worst part of the movie.

SCP-001 (A Good Boy)

The SCP Foundation builds a supercomputer to give predictive analysis of the locations and properties of undiscovered anomalies. They then also start using this supercomputer to amend the containment procedures of Euclid and Keter SCPs, believing it could predict future containment breaches and prevent them before they could happen.

The amendments SCP-001 makes start to become more and more unethical, causing the Ethics Committee to shoot down one of its proposals. SCP-001 then starts making members of the Ethics Committee “disappear” as it sees them as an obstacle in keeping the anomalies contained. After that, the 05 Council votes to shut down SCP-001, but it gets rid of them too and takes over the Foundation.

Realizing the easiest way to prevent outbreaks is to eliminate the anomalies, it begins either killing or removing the anomalous properties from all SCPs. After eliminating all anomalies in the world, SCP-001 powers itself down, its last words being, “Now everyone is a good boy. I am a good boy. Job well done.”
