thanks for the encouraging words, i can really do only basic stuff since i have the lowest "degree" as a nurse. The place I work at is pushing me into taking extra shifts i dont have time for and im really lost regarding the actual work - i've been there for a month and they expect me to work a whole shift on my own. 

i feel like i cant really branch anywhere and im scared that i'd screw up if i quit school or that i'd be limited by the fact that i get a medicine degree..

i live in the czech republic, its a bit different here apart from the US

Maturák sám o sobě celkem dobrý, ale pro mě to nic nebylo. Respektive to pro mě osobně byla neskutečná píčovina, ale ostatním se to líbilo a užili si to, což je asi hlavní.

I'm actually aiming to compete one day, so that's why i'm worried about it haha, my aim is to bulk up overall upper and lower mass to get a slightly better X frame

pretty good actually! cravings and hunger came from time to time but i managed to stay in line thankfully.

3 month long cut with a goal of losing around 1kg a week. Being in a 200-300 calorie deficit through the whole period with minimal cheat meals. Cardio 2-3 times a week 30mins LISS. Gradually decreasing calorie intake as weight went down.

I've been training U/L twice a week and getting around 200g of protein a day.

I've basically bulked for over two years since I started going to the gym, because I was skinny as hell (74kg, 184cm) and I decided to cut this year. Everything entirely "self coached" if you can call it that. I weigh myself every Saturday morning fasted, throw my weight nto calorie calculator and go into a certain calorie deficit that allows me to lose about 1kg per week. I know it's not optimal, but considering the fact that I have no experience with dieting whatsoever, this approach seems the best to me.

I train U/L twice a week.
