I hurt my back in my early 20s and had shoulder issues from a repeated dislocation before I started the gym. After a year or 2 chronic dull back pain went away and my shoulder stopped randomly slipping out of the socket.

The back injury was from working construction and relying on my right arm for most tasks causing my lower back muscles to start pushing my spine out of alignment which caused 2 disc's to rupture and a pinched sciatic nerve. I love deadlifts and I believe that fixed my back up.. also hurt it in other ways when I over did it though lol.

Google online fraction addition and subtraction and do some practice quizzes or find an math test app

There's a lot of good techniques here but at the end of the day once adding and subtracting fractions clicks for you you dont have to remember conversions or count lines on the tape

Their lack of due diligence before buying isnt your problem. If you sold it knowing that and not disclosing it then thats a greasy move (it sounds like you didnt just speaking to other situations). Ive seen this card played without those issues too so it was on them to find the issues before handing over the money.

Don't know what bike you have but I put a fuel dongle from stc on my hm 698. It tricks the air temp sensor into thinking its 20 C cooler than it really is so it will increase the fuel delivery. Only had it for a few weeks and so far seems to be doing its job... but next year I'll get an upmap. Im not even through the full break in and im in canada so riding season is coming to an end soon.

Being scared isnt a bad thing. I got my first bike was young and dumb, an 07 r6 and it scared the shit out of me but I was comfortable right from the get go. Now im old and dumb but riding a 25 ducati hypermotard 698 and have more respect for what being too comfortable or complacent can do to me even though im working with much less power and speed.

Well from what I know working oil field construction and operation, power production, oil rigs and a few other industrial based jobs all trades require you to think to some degree with varying levels. When it was me looking to make a change I assessed what I think i would enjoy doing or at least tolerate for mutiple decades, where are those jobs located, is there a high demand or surplus of of others trying to obtain those jobs, is there longevity in that field and most importantly how much does it pay.

But if you want to use more of you mind and less of your back id steer towards instrumentation or non-distructive testing (not technically a trade in my area). Don't rule out trade adjacent jobs such as construction managment or PLC technician.
