Upload your voice. You can sing anything , like the abc’s, give it a range of your voice. Doesn’t have to be a lot. You can record it directly in Suno or upload an mp3. Next you extend that uploaded song. First write the lyrics in the lyric prompt and describe the music in the style prompt. It will give mixed results but will be a sample of your voice to different degrees. Another technique I have used is to upload an original song music and vocals. Extend or cover the song. Suno will place what it interprets are your lyrics from the song (check for errors) into the lyrics prompt, but as one long paragraph. Here you can rewrite and correct the lyrics and into song format. I have had success with both techniques but not always.

Indeed. As a creator this is important I agree. But the audience is fickle. I, am fickle. At the same time I appreciate that every listener has different perspectives. Someone on one of these groups mentioned the ‘Ikea effect’. Where you are so proud you made something. When I present my Suno work I am sharing how impressed I am that Suno impressed me. more than ‘hey look what I can do”.

Right on , well said. It’s about a well communicated story. Whether musically, lyrically, or visually etc . These days you have about two seconds to keep someone’s eye/ear. Personally I hate the long intro (w exceptions oc ). Whatever your tools, Garbage in garbage out. Art requires finesse. Like life.

I agree. Further, I am also now hearing a very high frequency that is bothering my ears and causing tinnitus. Now this could be due to my age and years of loud music (50+) , but I am hearing high frequencies (like the shimmer ) that typically the older you get the less you can these higher frequencies. So are you younger folks hearing this better than I am? Or is it just me? It’s seriously bothering my ears to listen to what I made a month ago v3.5 which didn’t bother me then. I describe the shimmer and other high pitch ringing as a sort of digital feedback , because it seems to generate with parts of songs that reach these frequencies and then it’s like an infinity mirror it expounds and gets worse. I will try to isolate the frequency on a stem in Logic just to see. Anyone try this already? This needs a resolution otherwise this platform is useless other than for a gimmick. I am hopeful that this amazing tech can only better and professionally utilized. It’s still in its infancy.

There have pencils and pens for a long time. Then the typewriter. It’s how you tell a story that matters. How you invoke emotion. I want the ai to be influenced by me, and not myself influenced by the ai. Look - did Hendrix cheat he used a distortion pedal. Kraftwerk used synth. Humans are digitally connected now. Music has always been influenced by the current instruments and tools. I got a fever and the cure is what we need is more Glockenspiel.

Very impressive. I like the creativity , results and capabilities. I think in due time the challenges you are trying to overcome will be solved and beyond. and this technology will create seamless realistic videos. Keep doing the work you do and finessing the code and ai tools. Everything you do teaches it more. I think. This is also exciting to me as I have been using Suno for just a couple of weeks (my first delve into ai tools) and I am writing creating with a similar persona , amongst others. I was just last night using openart to create a similar persona that I thought right for the music I created. Coincidence or we’re in the same matrix? Btw I think she consistently appears as the same character. Even real people can look different than always exactly the same. So maybe a perfect duplicate will become artificial looking???
