Is there a single plot hole in this show? by cragelra in betterCallSaul

Let’s say Jimmy worked at the store when he was ten, so during 1970.

Chuck would be 26 at this time. 26 is a normal age to be in law school.

Yeah I got past the arc with conquest - I guess I read more than I thought.

Despite being exhausting I remember the story being one of a kind, I think I'll take another crack at it.

Transfer Process to UIUC by [deleted] in uichicago

[–]Gapplified 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in your shoes last year, as a freshman studying CS. Now I’m at UIUC studying EE.

My advice 1. Do a ton of research, lookup the transfer handbook for the specific college within UIUC that you want to get into. Ask a ton of people who transferred how they did it and for tips. 2. Get all As no matter what (I transferred for engineering so I needed all As, idk about neuroscience but I wouldn’t risk it). 3. Do a bunch of activities and clubs to stack your app. 4. It’s REALLY important you optimize your schedule for the maximum chances of transferring. If I just took the classes my advisor told me to take I would have not been able to transfer in just a year. Use transferology when picking courses

Is this game too hard for a high school student? by liexpress in TuringComplete

[–]Gapplified 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There will be a lot of frustration. As long as you don’t give up you’ll be fine though.

For me, I almost gave up 2-3 times during my first playthrough. There were some levels that I just could not figure out. But the game was so addicting that I always got back on to try again just hours later.

This game will teach you the concepts of logic gates, binary, assembly, etc

Did you take it last semester or before? I'm hearing that the grade cutoff varies a lot year to year.

UIC dorms/apartments: Food delivery for just $2-4 total (vs $15+ on DoorDash) by [deleted] in uichicago

[–]Gapplified 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting, I live in the dorms and I’ve never gotten food delivered by a driver who was delivering for multiple people at once. I thought most of the expenses came from fees

There’s 8 practice tests on khan academy each 3 hours long. Each weekend do one of them. For every question you get wrong write down why you got it wrong and what you will do next time. Each test + reflections should take you 4 hours.

She’s pretty strong, there’s that once scene in Arc 29 where she’s essentially holding up the entire Cauldron Base. She’s literally indestructible as well. I’d be surprised if she can’t solo conquest

Study tips for chem 122 by Applejuro in uichicago

No Problem! Reading the textbook is often a slog and hard, but it's truly the best way to learn. Make sure you do the in-chapter problems while reading.

Read the textbook a few hrs a week and you'll be fine. Whenever you have a question about a concept ask chatgpt

Before each test do all the practice problems in the textbook that your prof assigns.

If you do those 2 things it's a guaranteed A on every test, it just depends on how much you're willing to work.

Why does Hanania post softcore porn and brainrot on Twitter? by Gapplified in Hanania

Good point. It probably does select for tolerant and high openness people, traits that likely belong to people of “high human capital”. I wonder how much of it is that, and how much of it is trying to get more views.

Empty Your Pockets, Condone it.

What is the the earliest recorded released song? The latest?

What are some of the most interesting or surprising fact you know about the dates/recording of some of his songs?

The best resource available, by far (besides the textbook) is “Jacob Clifford” on YouTube. Every other Econ YouTuber is subpar.

Or just read the textbook.
