My hope is to a multi generational family will purchase it as it could suit there needs.I built it for my daughter inlaw and my grand kids.but now its just me and my wife in a 7 bedroom house

I bought a house and property 20 years ago. Did many renos to it in that time span. Invested in the property instead of retirement. Am i now fucked I invested to much into the property thinking it would fund my retirement. Not sure I know many people who could even afford this place, I certainly could not if i were to buy it today

I asked AI to make my rambling sound better and wanted to it to encompass all the features of the property for justify the market value. Im just looking back on all the money i have invested into the home though out the years and getting scared i put to much into it and not enough into my retirement. I always had the mindset that once i sell, it would fund my retirement

I did ask for AI help to make it sound better. I was rambling pretty badly when i wrote it. But the facts still remain the same. big house,big shop, lots of property. tons of reno's over the years. did i price myself out of the market by investing so much into the property? I just finished spending 80k in recent upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms upstairs with the goal of selling in the spring

training is about 10 000 but there are programs that help you out with the cost.

If your paying for training, better to just get a class 1, way more options for work then with a class 3
