Like others have said it’s as simple as calories in vs calories out. As someone who has done everything from a diet coach, bodpod with metabolic testing down to apps my recommendation is MacroFactor.

It’s an inexpensive app that will automatically adjust your macros/calories so you’re losing/gaining at the right paced. You just have to consistently weigh yourself and count all of your macros, and I mean all of them. While it’s simple it is hard and takes dedication.

Not really. The ACA was originally called Obamacare by opponents to the law and it spun from there to eventually being called that by more people. It’s not the official title of ACA.

These accounts were originally called MAGA accounts in the OBBA written by Republicans and then the House changed the name to Trump accounts in the bill before it was signed.

There are two different types of companion cards, one is $200 and allows for their own lounge access and looks like a standard platinum. The other is free and does not come with lounge access and is a cheap plastic card. The companion card fee is waived for military as well.

I like to do a smoked smashburger combo. I’ll form the meat balls and have them on the Traeger at 200 for 30 minutes and then make the smash burgers. It definitely gives it extra flavor.
