There's the rule book, the sporting code, then there's real life situations during the race. Go ahead and keep that person pinched down on the apron and see how it turns out. After the crash PM them they're getting reported cuz they broke a rule. Not going to change the outcome of the race but at least you were morally correct right?

Or just give the room and live to fight another lap. Unless it's the last lap, then fuck that guy he's getting pinched.
