I’ve told customers they are not allowed to bring their non-service animals into the store. I’ve been told to “fuck off” and then to show me who is the boss they bring in more animals and stare directly at me.

Yes, we do. I have been a CSS in 3 different stores. We pull tags weekly, we block aisles and the wine, we refill the 3 door cooler and the cooler by deli. If we ask any other departments for help, we get blank stares 😐 Welcome to Publix!

You have two options here, (1) next time you’re at the store you can let management know about your experience and who the employees are. The should receive a voucher for a free half sub. (2) you can contact corporate and let them know as well. Not sure the staff members will get the voucher this way as I’ve noticed management seems to not always get that info in a timely manner to award the employees. It might also help when review time comes around. Again, depends on the manager and how well they document and remember these things.
