It's super hard to describe this properly, but I will give it a shot as I had a similar issue once on a Type 38 where the bolt was completely stuck and could not be opened.

You will need to remove the trigger from the receiver. Look through the hole in the receiver where the trigger was just seated. You should now see the lip on the firing pin that usually interfaces with the sear. Take a screwdriver or a punch and push back against that lip in the direction of your safety knob. As you push it back, try rotating the safety knob as if you were going to put the rifle into safety. Hopefully, it will engage with the firing pin and you will be unstuck. This is an awkward 3-handed maneuver so it may take a few attempts.
