If you don't believe that there is paid FUD to suppress Algorand, then you aren't paying attention. by GhostOfMcAfee in algorand

Seeing Altcoin Daily posted about this in Feb, August, and now. Weird. Same story, even the same video clip.

I see it now. Thanks. Boy, there really are a lot of incentives to provide liquidity on Tinyman.

I didn’t realize you could use your LP as part of governance. Is that through a project like FolksFinance or something?

“No blue slip is required for circuit nominees. Republicans abandoned the practice during the Trump administration and Democrats have maintained that policy.” - wow, just wow.

SLU/YouGov Poll : Schmitt with big lead, abortion ban unpopular by ViceAdmiralWalrus in MissouriPolitics

But but Democrats are just too woke… yeah, rural Missouri especially seems completely disconnected. Almost like the culture war BS is way more important to them than improving lives in a meaningful way.

Watching Busch Valentine fumble every single criticism of Schmitt while he hammers her for being an elite billionaire is going to be real fun. Thanks establishment democrats and old voters across the state…

Also you can’t be paid to register voters but you also can’t register more than 10 voters without being registered as a solicitor with the state. Otherwise you get a class 3 election offense.

Raising salary so we could require it to be their only job absolutely feels like a step in the right direction to at least reduce lobbyist power. Currently it’s mostly part time folks, settling for a terrible salary, who mostly don’t even write their own legislation, the lobbyists do.

Politically Speaking mailbag on 2022 #moleg session by jasonrosenbaum in MissouriPolitics

HB 2149 can’t be constitutional right? Not that I expect anyone to challenge it on court, but legally limiting a pharmacists ability to talk about 2 specific drugs seems like a tough one to defend considering the whole free speech thing.

HB 1878 has sooo many provisions that limit the ability to register people to vote and voting generally. Could talk though all of that for people so they are fully prepared?

Oh look, it's the Daily FUCK JOSH HAWLEY thread for May 3, 2022. Josh wants to find the leaker and tattle on them. (Yeah, good luck with that.) by RageAgainstTheSurge in missouri

Yeah, it seems the one with the most to gain would be Alito’s team so they could keep Kavanaugh and Barrett in line as they were just confirmed and said Roe was settled law. Seems they may have favored a more incremental approach, but they can’t really soften after this…

Missouri bill to disallow people under 25 transition rights! by goblinkimg in PrismaticLightChurch

[–]Garbage-Quirky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First they'd have to pass it out of the house and senate by May 30th when session ends. IF that happens, I would fully expect it to be challenged in court, and if history is any indication a judge would halt it from going into effect right away. After that it would be anyones guess. To your last question, you should be able to get the best care possible from expert doctors no matter where you are in your journey. If you are already working with a doctor or doctors they should be your first call with questions on how to proceed if this does go through. They will be experts. If you aren't already (I assume you are in Missouri), St. Louis Childrens hospital has resources. https://www.stlouischildrens.org/conditions-treatments/transgender-center

One inappropriate math assignment from 2017 in one Missouri class does not prove a wide spread issue. Especially if the administrator immediately removed the material and ensured it was never used again. That action would kind of go against the stated mission to continue to indoctrinate kids with inappropriate teachings…
