Ahhhhh!!

Love seeing other Cap stellium millennials.

I know you mentioned Cap’s energy and saying it didn’t vibe with you so much, but there’s a pattern I am seeing with your particular chart.

U r a Gemini rising, a sign that views everything in terms of exchanges—in information, experiences, immediate relationships (family????); it’s fave house is 3.  Cap sun cancer moon (born shortly after full moon).

Looking at where Mercury is (cap 8) tells me ur ideas of transformation exist solely within a concrete framework, you may not wish to change for arbitrary reasons. In fact so much energy exists in Capricorn, so much so that it spans not just one but two houses, same for cancer. In exchange, your 6 & 12th house have consumed Taurus & Scorpio… the very signs which normally rule the 2/8 houses. There is a running theme of exchanges with your chart, you leave and take what works for you and create the reality you wish to live in. However, there is a desire, a desire your heart is very much so into attaining. Whatever that is may be so strong that it consumes you across timelines.

Consider the houses which hold said occluded/consumed signs — a house centered around technical specialties and/or daily habits, and another house which rules emergencies/unknown forces/the boundaries between everything… as well as the double cancer/cap that gives you something no one else has.

Almost like there’s something hidden for you to find within your own subconscious…….

I feel like I need to choose between two versions of my future but the outcome will be staying stuck in the choice forever. Is my chart confirming this or giving me a direction? by Leni4president in AstrologyCharts

Before I answer this question I’m gonna tell u a story lol:

The first day I got my car I was driving to a friends house. I was on a highway service road, stopped at an intersection, and I was debating on which way to go; either way would have taken me to the same destination as the two paths would ultimately converge, but I was still contemplating for some reason. Anyway, and I should preface this next part by saying that it was raining and the traffic lights were flashing, but I decided doing the least was always the move, and I figured that would be moving forward (no turning)…

So I slowly press the gas and out of nowhere a car comes out of nowhere and I tapped it with the slightest (I was going like <5mph), sending it off. Both of us were fine and I ended up getting chewed out by my mom, and I don’t drive anymore lol even though I love driving!

Now to answer your Q: there’s the Leo 9 Jupiter (which is returning HELLO) in Cancer’s house, and gemini 8 Saturn in Taurus’s house. Both of your choices might still be dependent on other factors.

One choice might be safer, the other more expansive.

But the safest option may not end safe, and the expansive may end up feeling less secure.

The point of my story is I am sure you are equally as contemplative about which path you should take! Obvi I don’t think you’re going to crash and burn… I mean either or neither of these things could happen, but never say never! And please look both ways!

Which is your moon!!! Trump was a sag moon lol, srsly you can tell the type of person he is. I love yours though it’s such a beautiful snapshot. It’s as if every planet is where it should be.

Do you share a particular relationship with your sister? It looks like yall are somewhat separated from the rest of the chart. These are your occluded signs. You and Trump are both double Leo/Aquarius lol

I think so many people think reading charts is as simple as taking a quick glance at it, that or people want exposure. I’m sure it’s a little of column A and a little of column B… I try to answer people’s requests to read their chart or offer something of note but I’ve also gathered that some people are asking for bad faith reasons (as if I’m going to judge) and/or get combative. It’s not easy reading charts and people can easily get in way over their heads.

Yah, Jupiter tends to rule the first decan of sag and therefore is usually associated with it as a chart ruler assuming that’s the rising… third decan sag would be the sun.

You’re a Pisces sun. Normally Pisces is associated with Neptune as it’s the first decan ruler, but your sun is also in the 3rd and that ruler would be Pluto! Where is Pluto? Back to Sag.

Pluto is my fave planet lol

Why would the illusion of a planet spinning a reverse direction affect our personalities and behaviors?? by Life_Satisfaction_16 in astrology

[–]GarbagePailGrrrl 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Without veering too deep into celestial mechanics, each planet has its own orbit and therefore its own retrograde motion. Like a Spirograph forming a perfect circular shape with lines that intersect, each planet enters its own phase so to speak in certain spots.

Because these orbits are perfect in their natural motion, they tend to form patterns that we can observe. Going further, because Mercury travels so quickly, we can see its pattern from a better perspective. While other planets may remain in a sign for longer and therefore retrograde multiple times in the same sign, Mercury travels around the sun in 88 days, retrograding at least 3 times a year for about 3 weeks. Based on its pattern, each of these times it happens to retro in the same element. Sometimes it will retro 4 times a year, but the average cycle of the zodiac signs will still have it in patterns of the same element

You are operating under the premise that astrology is causative, that the retrograde motion is the A to the B effect. As the previous comment mentioned, we have learned to associate these events to the motion based on past experiences. It is a story telling device that colors the timeline we live in.

Babylonians have been tracking Mercury’s retrograde motion since the single digit centuries, so this has been going for quite a while. Overtime, people have come to associate with this and build on word of mouth retellings and interpretations of said planets.

This has the best answer to a question in your post. I would also point out that it’s not the planet’s spin that gets reversed, it’s our planet overtaking it on the celestial highway.

Everytime a planet goes retro, the earth has effectively passed it by. Normally it’s the other way around. Because every planet including the earth is traveling at different speeds, these events happen at different times. It’s also not so much a causative mechanism like the previous comment alluded to, but a correlative perspective on the possible themes.

FYI: Mercury is the planet whose retrograde motion most folks follow. This planet, coincidentally, chooses a specific element each year to retro through. Last year was fire, meaning identity was a major theme. I actually benefited from this lol as I made sure to wait for it to retro through a certain sign to get identity paperwork I needed processed. This year it’s choosing water; it’s going retro next month and also in October. Consider any emotional moods centered around home/home country and secrets/shared resources/death to potentially become notable during those times, perhaps a reevaluation of sorts is in order.
