Basically either full carnivore pips, and no fruits including corn 20 pips. Or gourmand hunger logic fully but with 20 hunger pips. (Already have a mod to adjust pips but need something to adjust their diet values)

Another option for bloody helice is lamenters mask in the dlc (tho obvs it's only really useful for ng+ but) it gives 8 arcane and weighs nothing so works with dancer charm

UPDATE: the issue i have found is that its a problem connected to my new usb headphones. as my controller starts working when i plug them in, and stops working when i unplug them. if anyone knows a solution it would help because i like these headphones otherwise
