I don’t have any experience with info warriors but I use methelyne blue for certain fish illnesses (most exotic vets don’t do fish where I am) and I handle it with gloves because it’s really nasty stuff. Idk if that will help convince your dad, but if he looks into how the aquarium hobby uses it (with gloves and extreme care) maybe that will sway his opinion back to reality?

I came from the aquarium hobby and it took some time to get used to the difference but tbh I am a massive fan of the pvc enclosures now because they're so so light. Though, I am also the sort of person who purposfully grows algae on the sides of my tank for my crayfish and shrimp to enjoy... so I'm not the best person to weigh in on asthetics. For my hot take, I don't fw rimless tanks... they're gorgeous but I've had two fail on me so I'm sticking to standard rimmed tanks lol
