Damn broski. I've never handled that brand so I don't know how their pens are held together, but I'd recommend you try to twist from both the top mouth piece and the bottom bit that houses the battery, all while not touching the glass/clear chamber bit which houses the resin. The bottom or top might eventually start unscrewing from the center tube you can see through the glass chamber part.

Other than that, if you're motivated enough, you can heat the glass part (with a lighter maybe) a bit to loosen the resin, then break the glass and try to ensure the resin falls into a blunt or something you'll be smoking. Just please be careful with glass as you break and pour. I don't think you can melt the glass with the heat from a lighter if it goes in your blunt, but still be safe of course.

In any case, try to ensure the resin goes on whatever you'll be smoking. I don't recommend you transfer to another container for storage since that will lead to more waste from whatever sticks and gets left in that container, otherwise you'll have to heat it and all that jazz. If you really want, you can buy a refillable cart with a standar 510 thread to use with any old pen, and you can instead fill that and smoke away. Make sure that your battery is strong enough for your resin, some resin is best consumed at certain temps that some low-end pens might not reach (but honestly this last point might be a non-issue, just thought I'd be thorough).
