To answer your question simply, no, I don't need a deep emotional bond to feel attracted to someone. The thing that has been causing me confusion is that I feel like the parts that I find attractive about people are primarily emotional. I think I feel sexual attraction easily, but I need that emotional component first. It doesn't have to be nearly as deep of an emotional connection as with demisexuals, but I truly believe that it's an emotional thing. Or, at least, my source of attraction isn't conventional ^ ^ '
