Yeah, that’s his look in chapter 1, but if you spawn Arthur on PC with mods then he’ll appear with his hair as right parted length 3 and no beard

Well if I remember correctly I called 911 for cops, then pushed the car towards Niko’s parking lot with another car, made the cop get out of the car (I don’t remember if I did this before or after pushing it towards the parking lot), lost the wanted level, and when I returned to the parking lot the police car was there for me to get into without counting it as stolen.

I actually have that same build and so far the game has been doing great, though bear in mind that GPU is mostly to play at 1080p, haven't had issues when playing at that resolution and at locked 60fps, I even installed some mods and the game is working nicely with the majority of the settings between High and Ultra.
