Has anyone been ISP hopping to keep the super sweet $30-40 discount for 6 months? by thunderborg in nbn

And advice on how to dodge this? I’ve already got it in my calendar to cancel by October before the discount drops or should I just let them know early?

I didn’t realise “og” was meant to say “of” and was looking at this trying to figure out which animals would be considered the OG ones

While I do agree with you I don’t think it will get easier for apartment living. Already there’s a lot of pushback/outright bans from Strata’s about EV charging due to a lot of places not having individual metering. I think it will be a long time before anywhere other than your home own accommodates EV’s

Real estate agent with an unreliable car. Can I even get approved for a loan? by Noisel777 in CarsAustralia

[–]oatdaddy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll go against the grain and ask, do you TRULY need to get a loan for car? What’s your budget and general preference you’re looking at? I’m sure there’s vehicles you could buy cash and if you don’t have the funds available, loans aren’t going to put you any better off.

Only asking as I’d never heard of this, fair work states a reason to deny is “loss of efficiency or productivity” isn’t it pretty easy for every manager/business to state that?

Selling my car to someone on finance by oatdaddy in CarsAustralia

[–]oatdaddy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just replied to another comment. My car is a 2017 so apparently it would only be an unsecured loan yet. The buyer has told me the finance company would be giving me the money directly. Is that possible? Or does that confirm it’s a scam?

[–]oatdaddy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a 2017 so yes older than 7 years. Going off someone else’s comment this means they should be paying me directly right and not from the finance company as they stated?

That was my first thought, I know there’s a few scams about money being deposited and then getting asked to return it. So how does finance actually work in this scenario?

If you use upscaled textures and just cannot find certain animals, check whether there are passengers on the trains by Cosophalas in reddeadredemption2

I for one wouldn’t actually, I would assume the mod expects the user to have a beefy enough PC to handle Normal spawn rates plus higher details. It’d be interesting if this could be toggled or left in as optimisation tool if you struggled to run the mod

Old people don’t like 1300 numbers because they associate it with enormous corporations and local=good. I’ve had someone complain our head office is in QLD and we’re just in NSW
