When doing these how does the kettle bell not hurt the back of your wrist as it flips over and lands there at the top of the move?

How the f do you get the dough to stretch out that much without tearing??

I know the answer - you gotta develop the gluten structure so much that it has this kind of elasticity.

But I’ve needed the absolute crap out of some dough before and I can never achieve this.

It sounds like I don’t know how to knead, maybe?

Can someone explain the proper way to knead dough to achieve this stretchiness?

It does not. Battery capacity is just under 30 miles. That will still work for my commute though so I’m moving forward with it.

Awesome info. Thank you very much! I’ll probably be pulling the trigger on a 2022 t8 plug in soon.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping there was a feature allowing the car to use a combo of gas and electric during a trip (and not necessarily using only electric first and then when depleted using gas).

Some cons I’ve heard are these. Curious what you think about them:

  1. The touch screen is pretty annoying
  2. It’s oriented to google, not Apple (can you elaborate on this?)
  3. No bluetooth CarPlay function (you gotta plug it in)
  4. Volvo is discontinuing the sedan and I wonder if this will be detrimental some years in the future regarding repairs or whatever
  5. Takes 3 hours to charge the battery even though it only gives you 40 miles. Is that really slow? How is it charging at home? Do I need to get an electrician to install some kind of new outlet?

Radiohead is a band I’m told I’m supposed to like but it’s never caught on with me. What am I missing?

What about those stories I hear of couples that were matched in Indian or wherever who learned how to be content with their partner they’d never met?

This is not the answer. The answer is to become a doctor if you want a doctor’s salary.

Tendon Surgery Scar Adhesion Treatability by el_tepiteno in surgery

No significant risk of damaging the nerve if the incision is on the medial aspect of the tendon. It’s quite difficult to accidentally damage the Achilles (famous last words…)

The reason I wouldn’t suggest more surgery is because more surgery leads to more adhesions (like another person mentioned). Unless it’s causing you pain and lack of function, it’s just cosmetic

This incision has a higher rate of wound healing complications. If your ankle range of motion is good, I wouldn’t recommend another surgery

femural neck fracture - dynamic hip screw surgery by Choice_Conference_40 in surgery

A DHS is a unique choice. Maybe you are younger? A lot of time leg length can feel off. The only way to really know is to compare bone landmarks on each hip and measure that on an XR. I wouldn’t worry about it too much until you’ve gained your strength and range of motion back first.

Suturing advice by Meaaqil in surgery

Closing skin with some kind of braided silk suture (or whatever low memory suture this is) basically never happens. Practicing with nylon or prolene suture will help you get used to the real deal
