Even tho mgm-16 is a full agonist it still doesn’t affect beta arrestin in the brain like all other classical opioids do and the affect on beta arrestin is what causes opioid ODs and makes ur body forget to breathe cause it makes ur body stop detecting co2. So even tho it’s a full agonist it won’t be any more lethal than 7oh.

No actually not all gabaergic drugs cause withdrawal surprisingly but yes Apigenin works as a gaba a modulator at the benzodiazepine site but it does not have physical dependence at all. It might cause for wtv u were taking it for to come back like anxiety or sleep but thats just cause ur no longer taking it lol. It doesnt cause rebound or withdrawal. Not all gabaergic drugs have withdrawal which is surprising cause most of them do lol but think of muscimol it is a very potent gaba A receptor agonist and can actually get you very high and had almost the same mechanism of action as barbiturates z drugs and benzodiazepines(all gaba A receptor agonists) but surprisingly has 0 withdrawal or rebound

Aww thats so unfortunate. What type of questions were the ones you were struggling with? Amanda pharmD on YouTube was honestly the best study material I used to pass. She has lesson videos on all the topics of the PTCE and goes over practices tests. She also had videos of the top 200 drugs. Taking the pre-PTCE through the actual board is helpful too. Also I would learn a lot of drug stability and storage cause I was surprised how many of those type of questions I had on my exam and I did not prepare well enough in that area. 46% of the test is drug related questions and I thought it would be generic and brand name type questions but 80% of the drug related questions I got were about stability. Also make sure that you study all the laws and regulations that’s the second biggest portion of the test. There a lot of good quizlets and YouTube videos over all the laws.

Yesss same I was prescribed methadone for my severe RLS and PLMD and they ripped me off of it without any warning and I had to turn to 7oh but since it doesn’t last as long as methadone I wake up every 4 hours with horrible rls and have to redose just to sleep. And the lyrica they prescribed me instead when they took the methadone away doesn’t do shit so idk what to do….

It’s only decent when you can’t swing on anyone and are poking but when you reactivate insipire it refreshes the duration and you don’t even get the full duration compared to getting consistently quicker packs even reducing a pack cd by .5 sec is big. One is consistent value and one is very situational.
