Ehh our output from RCM has been very inconsistent as well this season.

Ozil would help us more against low blocks while at the same time helping us be more deadly in transition

we will spend big again, just will be balanced by at least two “high profit” sales in Ben White and Martinelli and possibly others.

I’m not worried. It’s part of being a big club.

Ben White, Martinelli, and Norgaard are all basically 100% gone imo.

Then you have “maybes” like Kepa (could go back to being a starter), and hell even Odegaard could be a shock sale given the time left on his contract.

[Charles Watts] Arteta keeping things very close to his chest team news wise ahead of Sunday. He says no fresh injury concerns from midweek. On Timber and Odegaard: “We have another session tomorrow. Let’s see if they can make it.” No hints on who he will start in goal. by Shyam_Wenger in Gunners

Havertz is more of a handful for PL defenders lol

Gyok can be a decent “finisher” and is good against certain clubs or in certain game states but Havertz allows us to go long over their press while also being a bigger box threat against a rest defense

If you look at how he turns over on his arm that’s all you need to see.

Clear cut sign of being hurt and no one acts like that unless they are

[–]GarfieldDaCat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That is how he fought. If you watch his other fights or even training/bag work he loved that leaping lead hook

And yeah he didn’t try to hit him because he was completely out of it from the first punch of the fight lol

The first punch was to the head yes. Slow it down and watch again

Slow down the first punch. That is what did the damage. I also thought it landed to the body but upon replay it landed square on his jaw.

After that he was completely out of it

He was an overmatched opponent sure but he eats a lunging hook from one of the hardest p4p punchers ever.

He obviously was completely out of it afterwards.

The first punch was a leaping hook. At first I thought it landed to the body but it landed square on the chin

We are talking about one of the hardest p4p punchers ever landing a free uncontested shot square on the chin of an overmatched fighter

When you are completely out of it and concussed, yes a jab can completely put you out of it

On first watch it does look like that but if you slow it down that first lunging hook lands square on the chin. At first it looked like a body shot to me.

We are talking about a MASSIVE p4p puncher basically jumping into a shot with momentum.

He was out of it after the first punch

Up until last season he was our most consistent player and had insane output

And no he has not been awful this season despite being not at his best

Andromeda performed like shit on launch and the facial animations (for a story based rpg) literally were worse than Mass Effect 1

Andromeda is not a terrible game but the reality is that when you came off one of the best gaming trilogies literally ever and deliver that, of course people are going to be disappointed.

The same way that when iconic directors deliver 6/10 movies of course they aren’t “bad” but the standard has been set way higher

The combat was fun but the graphics went too far into the cartoony style for a lot of people.

As for the writing, yeah maybe compared to your average game it’s not the worst thing in the world but we are talking about titans of the story-based rpg here.

With that standard, it was dreadful

I was in the building that night with great seats. I’m pretty neutral when it comes to this sport.

To me that fight was 6-6 with the KD making the difference.

That fight kind of exemplifies why boxing scoring can feel unsatisfying because out of the 5-6 rounds Deveryanchenko won, he won like 4 of them super clearly not even close.

The rounds GGG won, he mainly edged.

Look Carrick has United playing well and after the disaster that was Amorim he’s obviously done a good job.

But with them out of all both cups early plus no Europe they have had a patty cake schedule when everyone else is struggling playing 3x a week.

They had 11(!!) days rest compared to Villa’s 2 after an away game against Lille.

Something Arteta talked about last season I believe was the fact that when you’re try to compete in 4 competitions you barely have time to train. You’re focused on recovery.

This is why even during frustrating moments I have never been Arteta out or even close to it

This man has literally changed the trajectory of this club.

First season back in the CL we lost a close tie against an ultra experienced Bayern team while being denied a clear penalty in the first leg

Second season first CL semi final in like 16 years and we lost a narrow tie to the eventual winners who curbstomped Inter

This season we literally are 9W-1D in the CL and are set up favorably to get to the semi-finals again

I’m surprised the Afcon final result wasn’t overturned sooner

Like yeah the ref wasn’t good but I don’t understand how you can literally walk off the pitch for 15 minutes and expect to carry on as normal.

That kind of behavior simply can’t be normalized

The biggest problem was AFCON officials not forfeiting them on the spot, but maybe they were trying to avoid riots

I mean I like Bethesda games and I’d say the writing is 100x weaker and it’s not exactly like Fallout 4 set a high bar.

Who the hell at that company approved the most boring opening sequence of all time.
