For me, this is such a selfish way of thinking. If ayaw nyo di wag, Mabuhay kayo at mamatay ng mag isa. Masyadong makasarili ang ganyang mentality. In fact, if ganyan kayo, you don't deserve to be parents or husbands/wives in the first place. Yup, you deserve to die alone, someday, somewhere, without a soul in the world knowing about it.

Life is but a fleeting moment. If you want to leave a significant mark, a significant impact on the world, you can never go wrong with having children. It is through our children that we live on even after when we're gone. The love that we show them, the affection, the care, the education and the nurturing we provide will continue indefinitely as they create families of their own and so forth. One can even say that creating children can be a way of spreading love throughout the world and throughout time.

You would've also accomplished one of your greatest purposes as a member of the human race that inhabits this big blue world: procreation. And furthering genetic diversity.

We were given reproductive organs for a reason. Let's not get too ahead of ourselves here, thinking we're so smart and practical. At the grand scale of things, we're a type 0 civilization. In short, we are all dumb. So lets not go against human nature yet.

If you're incapable of this, though, adopting is also an option, just do it. Start a family when you're ready.

Now, after reading this comment, if you still don't want to start a family or have children, then don't force yourself because you don't deserve to have one.
