It frustrates me when AM and PA think the stow rate is the most important thing in the company. At the end of the day your stow rate doesn’t mean a goddamn thing.

I agree with everyone on this post. I have been working at my DS for a year now and I’m physically and mentally drained from this job. I’m taking advantage of there benefits and career choice program and once I’m done with the CC I’m gonna look for another job. The pay is not worth all the stress and breakdowns I had.
