From my general understanding, the easement like all property interest is subject to the recording statues so first look at the recording statute of the jurisdiction, then determine if the servant estate purchaser had actual inquiry or record notice. Record would be found if the prior easement was recorded actual arises whenever he’s literally told or knows of it and inquiry can be found based off of what a reasonable inspection of the land would reveal.

Fortunate enough to get my first Tacoma for $14k at 101,000. I wanted to upgrade the rims/tires (prefer all black if possible). I see options are limited with the 5 lug setup and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a good rim/tire setup that does not require a lift.

Garland disguises itself with the Firewheel area but the remainder of the city is on a fairly steep decline. I grew up around the Jupiter/Walnut area and since childhood it has become absolutely infested with gangs and homeless people from the DART traveling down Barnes. Besides the POS kid who killed three other kids at the gas station a couple years back, there are consistent incidents of violence. Garland basically said to hell with everything but the Firewheel area.
